Consultation 

It is essential that a consultation precedes any treatment. Please book your consultation online or via social media. There is a £20 fee for this, which is redeemable against your treatment of choice. 

The consultation will allow you to ask any questions you may have, discuss your beauty goals and for me to understand what your expected outcomes are. After this, you will have time to think about whether you’d like to proceed with your treatment plan. It is at this point that you can book the specific treatment online, or at your consultation on a date of your choice.

Deposits & rescheduling

I take a non refundable 20% deposit. If you need to reschedule your appointment, I ask for 48 hours notice. Failing to do so will sacrifice your deposit. 

Other conditions 
Please note that if you fall into any of the below, I will not be able to treat you:

* Coldsores (herpes virus)
* Granulomas
* Spots/acne at the injection sites (mainly lips)
* Active Infections (skin)
* Allergy/Hypersensitivity to the material lidocaine mixed in the syringe unless otherwise advised at time of booking (we do have alternative methods of pain relief)
* Scar tissue
* Pregnancy
* Breastfeeding mothers
* Body Dysmorphia
* Unrealistic Expectations
